When you choose to live at Allen Manor, you’ll always feel safe and secure thanks to our friendly staff and volunteers who are committed to your well-being. According to HUD regulations, each resident pays 30 percent of adjusted monthly income as rent, which includes heat, water and trash pick-up while electricity is billed separately.
