It features 24 private, one-bedroom apartments with a full bath and living room plus a variety of features to make life easier including elevators, laundry facilities and health checks. When you choose to live at Allen Manor, you’ll always feel safe and secure thanks to our friendly staff and volunteers who are committed to your well-being. According to HUD regulations, each resident pays 30 percent of adjusted monthly income as rent, which includes heat, water and trash pick-up while electricity is billed separately.
